How much space do you need for the booth?

We generally require a flat area of roughly 2m x 2m and access to a standard 13A power socket. If you are booking a backdrop or a larger prop set, slightly more room is always appreciated.

Which areas of Yorkshire do you cover?

We are based in Doncaster and regularly serve Sheffield, Leeds, Wakefield, and York. We are happy to travel further across England and Wales, though a small travel fee may apply for locations outside our standard radius

Are you insured and safety-certified for school venues?

Absolutely. We hold full Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and all our equipment is PAT-tested annually. We can provide these certificates directly to your school’s business manager or event coordinator upon request.

How long does it take to set up?

We typically arrive 60 to 90 minutes before your hire time begins to test the equipment and prepare the props. This time is not part of your active hire hours, ensuring students get the full duration of fun.

Do you offer themed branding for our prom?

Yes. We can customize the digital photo overlays and the booth’s LED ring light to match your school colors or specific prom theme, such as “Masquerade” or “Hollywood Nights”.

Can you provide an invoice for the school or prom committee?

Yes, we provide professional business invoices for all bookings. While we are not VAT registered, our invoices contain all the necessary details required for school accounting and treasurer records.
