This Agreement is entered into between Click Photo Booth Ltd (“Company”) and the individual or entity identified in the booking submission (“Client”) for the provision of a boutique interactive recording experience.

Weddings
The Social Edit: Includes 4 hours of hire time and unlimited digital media.
The Classic Keepsake: Includes 4 hours of hire time, unlimited digital media, and instant physical prints for guests.
The Luxe Experience: Includes 4 to 6 hours of hire time, unlimited digital media, instant prints, and a premium hardback photo book.
Corporate
The Brand Activator: Includes 4-hour hire, data collection for marketing, unlimited digital recorded content, and fully branded start screens and overlays.
Event Pro: Includes everything in the Brand Activator plus 300 branded prints, professional backdrop, USB media stick, and high-speed printing.
VIP Expo: Includes a 6-hour hire, everything in the Event Pro plus unlimited branded prints, brand-coloured LED Attract Mode, and recorded video testimonials.
Party & Celebrations
Party Starter: Includes 4-hour hire, unlimited digital media (GIFs/Photos), themed props, and a custom “Happy Birthday” start screen.
The Crowd Pleaser: Includes everything in the Party Starter plus 300 instant prints, a glitter or sequin backdrop, and a custom print design.
The Ultimate Bash: Includes a 6-hour hire, everything in the Crowd Pleaser plus unlimited prints, a neon sign, and recorded video messages for a guestbook/scrapbook service.
Bar Mitzvah
The Digital Simcha: Includes 4-hour hire and unlimited digital media with custom theme overlays, ready for guests to share to their own Instagram or TikTok stories.
Mitzvah Memories: Includes everything in the Digital Simcha plus 300 instant prints, a premium backdrop, and a high-energy attendant to assist guests.
Mazel Tov Max: Includes a 6-hour hire covering cocktail hour to the party, everything in Mitzvah Memories plus recorded video blessings and a full scrapbook service.
Bat Mitzvah
Simcha Social: Includes 4-hour hire and unlimited boutique digital content for guest sharing, featuring custom themes and digital props tailored to the celebrant.
Diamond Memories: Includes 4-hour hire and records the milestone with elegant physical prints, premium backdrops, and professional on-site support.
Empress Celebration: Includes 6-hour hire and everything in Diamond Memories plus a neon sign and recorded video blessings for a bespoke scrapbook.
School Events
The Selfie Squad: Includes 4-hour hire, trendy “Glam” filters, unlimited digital media, and a live online gallery for the whole year group.
Yearbook Ready: Includes everything in the Selfie Squad plus 300 photostrip-style prints, “Class of 202X” designs, and school colours on the LED ring light.
Prom Royalty: Includes a 6-hour hire, everything in Yearbook Ready plus a “Red Carpet” setup with neon signs and a recorded video diary room for students.
Operational Terms (Applicable to All Packages)
Hire Duration: The “Hire Period” begins at the time specified on the booking form. Additional hours are available at £50.00 per hour, subject to availability.
Venue Requirements: A level 3m x 3m area and access to a 13A power socket are required for all setups to ensure the safety and quality of the recorded experience.
Gallery Hosting: Your private or open online gallery will host all recorded event media for 3 months post-event.
Spelling & Customisation: Company uses the exact spelling and design choices provided by the Client; no responsibility is taken for errors submitted via the booking form.
Professional Conduct & Liability
Safety First: Our team maintains the right to suspend service if guest behaviour poses a risk to equipment or staff.
Insurance: Click Photo Booth Ltd is fully insured with Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and PAT-tested equipment.
Confirmation
By submitting your booking and paying the nonrefundable £50.00 deposit fee, you agree to the terms associated with your chosen package. We look forward to recording the magic of your celebration across Yorkshire.
