The venue essentials
- Space and power
- As a guide, allow roughly 2m × 2m for a simple booth and access to a standard 13A socket. A backdrop, printer, props and guests need more room; around 3m × 3m is a useful starting point to discuss with your venue.
- Arrival and access
- Our usual setup window is 60–90 minutes before hire starts. Let us know about parking, stairs, lifts and any restrictions on when suppliers can enter.
- A place guests can reach
- Choose a visible spot with clear access. Keep the photo area and any queue away from exits, serving routes and the busiest part of the dance floor.
- Paperwork and venue rules
- Tell us which supplier documents your venue needs and when. We can discuss insurance, equipment documentation and venue requirements before the event. You can also view our current Public Liability Insurance certificate.
Sharing that suits your family
Every package includes an online gallery and digital sharing. Before the event, talk to us about who should receive the gallery link, your preferences for children’s images and any sharing restrictions. Our Privacy Policy explains how event media and children’s information are handled.
Email, text, QR and AirDrop options depend on the setup, device compatibility and connectivity. If venue Wi-Fi is unreliable, flag it early so we can agree a suitable sharing plan.
Guests who prefer a print? Diamond Memories and Empress Celebration offer a physical takeaway alongside the digital experience.
The booth attendant operates the photo booth. Children remain under the supervision of their parents, carers or event organisers.

How much does Bat Mitzvah photo booth hire cost?
The Elegant Experience is £349.95 for four hours of digital-only hire. Diamond Memories is £449.95 for four hours with 300 prints, a backdrop and a wooden USB stick. Empress Celebration is £649.95 for six hours with unlimited prints and extra keepsakes. Your proposal confirms any travel costs and optional extras.
Are prints unlimited in every package?
No. The Elegant Experience is digital only. Diamond Memories includes 300 physical prints across the event. Empress Celebration includes unlimited instant prints during the booked six-hour hire. Tell us your guest numbers and whether you want multiple copies of group photos so we can discuss the right option.
Will the booth suit teenagers and older relatives?
The touchscreen, open-air format and attendant support make it approachable for a mixed-age guest list. Guests can choose a simple photo or join friends for GIFs and Boomerangs. Share any access needs with us so we can discuss a suitable arrangement before booking.
Can we personalise the booth to her theme?
Yes. Every package includes a personalised start screen, photo template or overlay, LED ring colour and themed props. Send her name, theme, colours and any exact wording. You can explore options in Customise Your Booth.
Should we choose four hours or six?
Start with your running order. Four hours may suit a focused party or evening session. Six hours gives a longer celebration more booth time and includes the Empress extras. Send us your planned timings; we can help you choose when guests are most likely to use it and discuss any pauses you need.
What if the venue has limited space or poor Wi-Fi?
Send us the venue details and, if possible, a picture or plan of the proposed space. The layout depends on whether you need a backdrop, prints and props. Digital sharing options also depend on connectivity and compatible devices, so raise Wi-Fi concerns before the event.
Does the hire include an attendant, setup and takedown?
Yes. A professional attendant manages the booth and helps guests during operation. Setup and takedown are included, and the usual 60–90 minute setup period is outside your booked hire hours. The attendant is responsible for the booth, while parents, carers or organisers supervise children.

We are based in Doncaster and provide Bat Mitzvah photo booth hire across Yorkshire, including Leeds, Sheffield, Wakefield, York and surrounding areas.
