Effective Date: January 31, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the agreement between Click Photo Booth Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the client (“you”) for the provision of boutique interactive recording experiences.
Booking & Payments
Reservation: A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date in our calendar.
Final Balance: The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days before your event to ensure a seamless professional setup.
Pricing: All quotes are provided based on our bespoke event categories and current Yorkshire service rates.
Venue Requirements & Access
Space: To accommodate our Salsa Booth and chosen backdrops, we require a flat, level area of at least 3m x 3m.
Power: Access to a standard 13A power socket within 5 meters of the setup area is essential.
Setup: Our team requires access to the venue 60 to 90 minutes prior to the hire start time to record the perfect calibration for your event lighting.
Use of Recorded Media
Digital Galleries: We record high-quality digital media (images, GIFs, and videos) for your exclusive use.
Marketing Consent: Unless explicitly declined in writing, you grant Click Photo Booth Ltd permission to use selected recorded media for our professional portfolio, website, and social media to showcase our boutique services across Yorkshire.
Copyright: While guests receive their digital copies, the intellectual property of the custom-designed overlays and boutique branding remains with us.
Cancellations & Postponements
Client Cancellation: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Fees paid up to that point may be forfeited depending on the proximity to the event date.
Postponement: We will make every effort to record your new date in our schedule, subject to availability.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to provide service due to circumstances beyond our control, such as venue power failure or extreme Yorkshire weather conditions.
Equipment & Safety
Damage: The client is responsible for any malicious damage caused to our hardware, props, or backdrops by guests during the hire period.
Safety: Our professional team reserves the right to suspend service if guest behaviour poses a risk to our staff or equipment.
Insurance & Liability
Coverage: We maintain full Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and all equipment is PAT-tested annually.
Indemnity: Our liability is limited to the total hire fee paid for your specific event.
Agreement
By paying your booking fee, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms, ensuring a professional and high-energy experience for your celebration in Doncaster, Leeds, or Sheffield.
