A backdrop looks more intentional when it works with the rest of the guest experience. Choose the photo design, screen wording and LED colour with the backdrop in mind rather than treating each item separately.
For a private celebration, this may mean matching names, dates and event colours. For a corporate or charity event, it may mean using approved campaign or sponsor assets across the backdrop and digital media.

Which photo booth backdrops are currently available?
The current collection shown on this page includes Gold and Silver Shimmer Walls, a Flower Wall, the reversible Atlas Marble backdrop and Bespoke Branded designs. Availability must be confirmed for your event date.
Are backdrops included in every package?
No. Backdrops are included in selected mid-tier and top-tier packages. Digital-only bookings can add an available backdrop for an additional fee.
How much space does a backdrop need?
Standard backdrop stands are approximately 2.4m wide by 2.4m high. A total footprint of around 3m × 3m is recommended for the booth and guest movement.
Can a backdrop be installed outdoors?
For safety and photograph quality, the backdrop must be indoors or inside a fully enclosed, wind-proof marquee. Open-sided or exposed outdoor setups are not suitable.
Can we use our venue wall or provide our own backdrop?
A suitable venue feature wall, floral installation or organiser-supplied backdrop may be used where its size, condition, position and safety are confirmed in advance.
Are balloons or extra decorations included?
Do not assume balloons or decorative styling visible in example photographs are included. Any additional styling must be confirmed separately in the proposal.
Can you create a branded corporate or charity backdrop?
Bespoke Branded backdrops can be discussed for approved company, campaign, sponsor or event artwork. Design, production time, specification and price are confirmed separately.
When should the backdrop be selected?
Select the preferred backdrop when booking where possible. Changes can be requested up to 14 days before the event, subject to current stock and availability.
