Planning & Booking
We are based in Doncaster and proudly serve the entire Yorkshire region, including Sheffield, Leeds, and Harrogate. For events further afield, please reach out here for a bespoke travel quote.
To ensure your date is reserved in our calendar, we require a booking deposit. The remaining balance is then due prior to your event date.
Yes, a luxury backdrop is included as standard in our dedicated second and third event packages, including Weddings, Corporate Events, Party and Celebrations, Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvah and School Events. For digital-only bookings, a backdrop can be added as a premium extra.
To ensure your preferred style is available, we recommend selecting your backdrop at the time of booking. However, you can update your selection up to 14 days before your event, subject to our current stock availability.
We understand that plans can change. Please refer to your booking agreement and Terms of Service for full details on our cancellation and rescheduling terms.
For weddings, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak seasons. Parties and corporate events can often be booked closer to the date, depending on availability.

On the Day Logistics
Our standard backdrop stands are 2.4m wide x 2.4m high. We recommend a total footprint of roughly 3m x 3m to allow enough room for the Salsa booth, your backdrop, and plenty of space for guests to pose comfortably.
We require one standard 13amp power socket within 5-10 meters of the setup area. We provide our own professional, trip-safe extension cables.
For safety and to ensure your photos are recorded with professional lighting, backdrops and equipment must be set up indoors or inside a fully enclosed, wind-proof marquee.
Yes! If your venue has a stunning feature wall or you have commissioned a custom floral installation, we can set up the booth to record the fun right in front of it.
Our team typically arrives 60 minutes before your hire period begins to ensure everything is perfectly calibrated and ready for your first guest.
