How much is school celebration or prom photo booth hire?
The current school packages are £349.95 for The Selfie Squad, £499.95 for The Yearbook Ready and £599.95 for The Prom Royalty. Availability and event details must still be confirmed.
Is the service only for Year 11 proms?
No. The service can also suit sixth-form formals, leavers’ events, college celebrations, university graduations, awards evenings and other academic milestones.
Can the booth be customised for our school or university?
Yes. The Tap-to-Start screen, photo template and LED ring can be adapted using the institution name, event year, theme, colours and approved logo files.
Can students or graduates receive their photos digitally?
Suitable digital sharing methods and gallery access can be included. The school or organiser should confirm any restrictions affecting image sharing or gallery access.
Can we include printed photographs?
Yes. The Yearbook Ready includes 300 prints, while The Prom Royalty includes unlimited prints during the booked booth period.
Does the booth attendant supervise students?
The attendant manages booth operation and assists guests with the experience. Student supervision, safeguarding arrangements and general event conduct remain the responsibility of the school, organiser, venue or appointed responsible adults.
How much space and setup time are required?
Roughly 2m × 2m can suit a simple setup, with more room helpful for a backdrop, props and guest movement. Setup normally begins around 60 to 90 minutes before the active hire period, subject to venue access and the final setup.
Can you provide school or venue supplier paperwork?
Public Liability Insurance is available to view online, and PAT-tested equipment information can be provided where the school or venue requires supplier checks.
